The screenshot shows the Run ASH Report page.

The Generate Report button is on the upper right of the screen.

The Start Date field has the value 1/17/12. A calendar icon is next to the field.

The End Date field has the value 1/17/12. A calendar icon is next to the field.

The Start Time and End Time groups have lists for hours and minutes and option buttons for AM and PM. The start time value is 9:15 PM. The End Time value is 9:20 PM.

The Filter list shows the value SID. Next to the list is an empty text field.
