The buttons at the top right are Load and Unpack.

The buttons at the top of the table are Enable, Disable, Drop, Evolve, Copy To A Database, and Pack. To the right of those buttons is a list with Fixed - Yes selected. To the right of that list is the Go button.

Above the table are the options Select All and Select None.

The table has the following columns: Select, Name, SQL Text, Enabled, Accepted, Reproduced, Fixed, Auto Purge, Origin, Created, Last Modified. The values in the Select column are check boxes.

The rows of the table have the following values:
