The Refresh button is on the right.

The text is, "A SQL Plan Baseline is an execution plan deemed to have acceptable performance for a given SQL statement."

The Settings section has the following name-value pairs: Capture SQL Plan Baselines is FALSE, Use SQL Plan Baselines is TRUE. The Plan Retention (weeks) field has the value 53. The Configure button is next to Plan Retention.

The Jobs for SQL Plan Baselines section is shown. No job is pending or completed.
