DBA_CDB_RSRC_PLAN_DIRECTIVES
provides information about all the CDB resource plan directives.
Note:
ORA$DEFAULT_PDB_DIRECTIVE
is the default directive for PDBs. For more information about ORA$DEFAULT_PDB_DIRECTIVE
